Formulated to tone, neutralize or emphasize the color of existing strands and create a trend effect. The nourishing and protective cosmetic base is enriched with collagen, minerals, coconut oil and milk proteins. Mixing ratio 1:2 (eg 50 ml of Technicolor Sweety Blonde color with 100 ml of developer Oxycream 10 to 30 Vol.). It is recommended to use from natural pitch 9-10. They cannot be mixed with other Technicolor shades and do not cover gray hair. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave it on for 30-40 minutes
