Technicolor shades complete the existing range of Color Tech colors, they are extremely cool and raise up to 5 tones, they are intended for global coloring or making strands. Mixing ratio 1:3 (eg 50 ml of Technicolor Highlift color with 150 ml of developer Oxycream 30 or 40 Vol.). Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave it on for 50-60 minutes.
